Late Cancelation Policy

At Jackson Wellness Group, we strive to provide all our clients with a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. We understand that circumstances may arise, and you must cancel or reschedule your psychotherapy appointment. We have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure our practice operates smoothly and fairly for all clients.

Cancellation Notice

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need and helps us maintain a well-organized practice.

Late Cancelations or No-Shows

In the event that you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show), you will be charged the full session fee (at least $100). This policy compensates for the time that has been exclusively reserved for your session and helps us minimize any financial impact on our practice.

Payment

The full session fee for late cancellations or no-shows will be applied and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. Please note that insurance providers do not typically cover the cost of missed sessions, and you will be responsible for the fee personally.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and unavoidable circumstances can occur. If you are in such a situation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances. We'll work with you to find the right solution for you.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment and give us the required 24 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
